The WIMentoring Program is a transformative three-month mentorship program created by women, for women, and was born in 2021. Each mentee is carefully matched with a mentor from the mobility ecosystem, ensuring meaningful connections through weekly one-on-one meetings. Designed to foster a safe, supportive space, the program allows women to openly share their aspirations, explore their strengths, and carve out clear pathways to achieve their career goals.
- Path.
- Growth.
- Success.
The WIMentoring Program is designed to help women advance their careers within Israel’s mobility and automotive industry. Targeting early- and mid-career professionals, the program offers personalized guidance from senior industry leaders, equipping mentees with tools to navigate challenges and achieve their goals. We believe every woman can succeed with the right tools, support, and environment. The program emphasizes self-empowerment and growth, providing mentees with practical tools to address professional and personal challenges. While the responsibility for the success and outcome of the mentoring process lies with each mentee, the program creates a supportive framework to help them take ownership of their development and reach their full potential.
