A Mentoring Program for Women in Israel's Mobility and Automotive Industry

The WIMentoring Program is a transformative three-month mentorship program created by women, for women, and was born in 2021. Each mentee is carefully matched with a mentor from the mobility ecosystem, ensuring meaningful connections through weekly one-on-one meetings. Designed to foster a safe, supportive space, the program allows women to openly share their aspirations, explore their strengths, and carve out clear pathways to achieve their career goals.

Targeting early- and mid-career professionals, the program offers personalized guidance from senior industry leaders, equipping mentees with tools to navigate challenges and achieve their goals. We believe every woman can succeed with the right tools, support, and environment. The program emphasizes self-empowerment and growth, providing mentees with practical tools to address professional and personal challenges. • How often shall I meet with my mentor/mentee?
Meeting frequency with your mentor is flexible and can be tailored to your needs, but it’s recommended to meet at least once every 2-3 weeks to maintain consistent progress and engagement.
